| There is a 5% discount for payment in full at the time of your reservation if reservation is 45 days or more in advance. |
| The balance is due upon check-out on Sunday. |
| If you cancel less than four weeks prior to your getaway, the deposit is non-refundable unless your space can be filled before the getaway weekend. |
| We accept credit cards (through PayPal), personal checks and money orders. |
| Space is limited to 12 guests per weekend. If you are interested in a weekend that is sold out, please fill out the registration form and you will be put on a waiting list. |
| Weekends of 4 or fewer guests may be cancelled. |
| Discounts will be applied to your final payment. |
